LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Who is Covered: This non-transferable limited lifetime warranty applies to both residential and
commercial properties and is exclusively extended to the original purchaser. 15-year Limited Lifetime
Warranty.
What is Covered: Exterior Elevations Supply Company (E.E.S) ensures that its fencing products (“Product”)
are free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period commencing on the
purchase date. The warranty covers the Product against peeling, flaking, rotting, chipping, cracking,
blistering, or abnormal discoloration/fading* under normal atmospheric and weather conditions. Some
gradual fading over time is considered normal, and the degree may vary based on geographical location,
air pollution, exposure, and other factors.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover: This limited lifetime warranty excludes a change in color due to
stains, dirt, mold, mildew, or deficiencies caused by owner negligence. It does not cover damage from
misuse, abuse, improper storage or handling, improper installation, use of non-E.S.S products and
accessories, or events beyond human control, such as animal damage or natural disasters. Additionally,
costs related to the removal, disposal, or reinstallation are not covered.
E.S.S Remediation: In the event of a defect under warranty, notify E.S.S at
claims@exteriorelevationssupply.com within thirty (30) days of discovery. Provide written notice, original
proof of purchase, and pictures/samples of the defective Product. If a manufacturer defect is confirmed,
E.S.S will replace it with new or equivalent products; however, labor is not included. For discontinued
Products, E.S.S will repair or replace them with a comparable product.
Registration: Activate this warranty by completing the product registration form on the website within
thirty (30) days from the product purchase date.
Limitation of Liability: Your exclusive remedies, as detailed above, constitute the entirety of E.S. S
liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Under no circumstances shall E.S. S’s liability exceed the
actual amount paid for the defective product. E.S.S is not responsible for any consequential, incidental,
or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect. Some states may not permit the exclusion or
limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply
to you.
